Bud Light launched the latest addition to the brand’s portfolio of music programming with Bud Light Getaway - a multi-genre one-day summer hangout bringing more than 3,000 music fans and friends closer to their favorite artists. The first-ever Bud Light Getaway was headlined by Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum artist Sam Hunt, world-renowned rock band Dashboard Confessional, Atlanta’s own Grammy-winning rapper and DJ, Lil Jon and rising star, Harry Hudson. The event took place on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the ideal backdrop for a memorable summer day at the beach with friends. VOX was asked to provide the staging, trussing, and special effects that made this such an impactful and memorable experience.
